IT Manager

PT Prasetia Qube Wellness is looking for an Senior IT Specialist to lead the company's IT operations, systems, integrations, and technology initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain, manage, and continuously improve the company's existing IT systems and platforms.

• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of IT policies, governance, SOPs, and operational processes.

• Review and streamline IT policies and business processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

• Lead the integration of existing systems and platforms to ensure seamless business operations.

• Plan, implement, and manage the integration of new systems, applications, and technologies.

• Collaborate with principals, vendors, and the Prasetia Group IT Team to ensure the successful implementation and support of IT initiatives.

• Manage enterprise applications and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Ensure IT security, system backup, documentation, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

• Provide technical support to end users and manage external IT service providers.

• Prepare management reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and business systems.

• Drive the adoption of modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve IT productivity and business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Management, System Integration, Software Engineering, Enterprise Applications, or related roles.

• Proven experience in maintaining, implementing, and integrating enterprise systems and business applications.

• Strong understanding of IT governance, policies, SOP implementation, and business process improvement.

• Hands-on experience with RESTful API, GraphQL, SOAP, JSON/XML, and Webhooks.

• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Node.js/JavaScript, Python, or Go.

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Make Enterprise, n8n, or AWS Lambda is an advantage.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development or "vibe coding" is highly preferred.

• Experience using AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code is highly preferred.

• Strong experience in vendor and stakeholder management, including coordination with external principals and cross-functional IT teams.

• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Willing to take a hands-on approach, balancing strategic IT leadership with day-to-day technical execution.
