About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Japanese Machinery Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales Support.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing orders and sales, including tracking, reporting, and analysis
Making reports in Japanese
Communicating with Japanese clients
Handling sales documentation and order processing
Providing sales data analysis and performance reporting
Coordinating between sales team and clients
Supporting sales operations and customer service activities
Managing sales records and databases
Assisting in sales strategy implementation
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from any major, graduates from reputable university are preferred
Business level Japanese (similar to N2 level) and conversational level English
Min. 1 year of experience in handling Sales/Sales Support from Japanese company
Detail-oriented and communicative
