RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination to attract top talent in the renewable energy sector.

• Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and continuous professional growth.

• Administer performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.

• Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide solutions to promote a positive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up to date with industry standards.

• Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.

• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and policies to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

• Developing talent acquisition and training programs focused on ecological awareness, reducing the company's operational carbon footprint, and promoting healthy, equitable work environments.

• Establishing transparent codes of conduct, whistleblower policies, and anti-corruption measures to uphold ethical labor practices across all levels of the business.

• Lead on-site safety agenda, driving safety improvement and related environment and safety audits

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) in Safety Management, Sustainability management, HR management, preferably in the FMCG industries.

Strong knowledge of Safety , ESG frameworks, employment laws, and regulations and HR practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.

Experience in implementing safety and environment audits.

• Work in Malang and travelling if necessary
