Guest Relation Officer (GRO)

Dewa Cafe is looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relation Officer (GRO) to join our Pre-opening team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys building positive relationships with guests, and is committed to creating an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Relation Officer, Host/Hostess, Customer Service, or in a similar hospitality role.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Friendly, confident, and well-groomed.

• Able to handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.

• Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their visit.

• Assist guests with seating arrangements, reservations, and special requests.

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth guest service and operations.

• Monitor the overall guest experience and identify opportunities for service improvement.

• Support promotional activities and special events when required.

• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's service standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
