.NET Developer

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET application development.
• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Strong understanding of Dependency Injection, Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experienced in developing RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including Producer & Consumer, Topic & Partition, Consumer Groups, Offset Management, Event-Driven Architecture, and Asynchronous Processing.
• Able to troubleshoot Kafka performance and reliability issues and understand its use cases compared to other message brokers.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing strategies, stored procedures, and transaction management. Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis is a plus.
• Familiar with end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Git, Azure DevOps/Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes.
• Experienced in implementing software quality practices, including unit testing, integration testing, API testing, logging, monitoring, error handling, and performance tuning.
• Actively involved in at least 3–4 enterprise application development projects from design to implementation as a core development team member.
• Experience handling high transaction volume systems, real-time data processing, system integrations, and event-driven architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to investigate production issues independently.
• Strong communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to mentor junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus is a plus.
• Microsoft or Azure certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in Property, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Logistics industries is preferred.
