Job Description
Develop and maintain visual identity across platforms.
Lead and supervise creative teams, including designers, illustrators, videographers, and photographers.
Translate creative briefs into visual concepts, mood boards, mock-ups, and layouts.
Ensure design quality, consistency, and innovation across all creative outputs.
Collaborate with copywriters, producers, account teams, and creative leads to ensure campaign alignment.
Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in art direction or senior design roles, preferably within a creative or digital agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform creative work, including branding, campaigns, and digital content.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience in managing creative teams.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, layout, and design trends.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with motion design and video production workflows.
Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
