We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy speaking with business leaders, and thrive on achieving targets, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers.
* Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Qualify prospects against client requirements.
* Schedule high-quality meetings for our clients’ sales teams.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
* Work closely with the Account Management team to optimise campaign performance.
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly appointment-setting KPIs.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, SDR, BDR, or appointment setting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
* Confident speaking with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
* Strong objection handling and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
* Experience using CRM platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
* Be available to start ASAP.
