Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia. As our Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of our flagship beer brand. This is a full-time position based in our office in North Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to increase brand awareness and loyalty

2. Conducting market research and analysing consumer insights to inform brand positioning and messaging

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and advertising, to ensure a cohesive brand experience

4. Managing the brand's promotional activities, including events, sponsorships, and digital marketing

5. Monitoring and evaluating brand performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts

6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for the brand

7. Effectively communicating brand strategies and performance to key stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beer or FMCG industry

2. Strong knowledge of brand strategy, marketing mix, and consumer behaviour

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders

4. Proficiency in data analysis and insights generation to drive strategic decision-making

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative brand initiatives

6. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques

7. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
