Dispatch Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute and monitor daily dispatch plans, oversee on-site operations (e.g., field operations, shipments), and ensure tasks are completed on time and in compliance with regulations.

2. Maintain order, safety, and environmental standards at dispatch sites. Supervise, manage, and train carriers on operational procedures.

3. Respond to and resolve on-site exceptions, complaints, and emergencies during shipments, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

4. Liaise with carriers daily, evaluate their performance, and ensure stable, sufficient, and efficient transportation resources.

5. Operate logistics management systems, issue accurate shipment instructions, and ensure system data aligns with actual shipment status.

6. Collect and analyze shipment-related data (e.g., timeliness, costs, punctuality rates) to develop improvement plans and enhance overall operational performance.


Dispatch Assistant

1. Verify, organize, archive, and manage vehicle documents, files, and items to ensure completeness and accurate transmission.

2. Assist in receiving, verifying, categorizing orders, and tracking their status to ensure accuracy and support full visibility of the order process.

3. Support Dispatch Specialists in data entry, updates, and maintenance of logistics systems to ensure system data accuracy.

4. Monitor dispatch plan progress, perform basic data analysis, prepare reports, and coordinate internal communications.

5. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure operational standards, collect information, and report anomalies under specialist guidance.

6. Learn and master dispatch processes, system operations, and safety protocols to efficiently complete assigned tasks and other supportive work.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

• Major: Logistics Literature

• Language Skills:

  • English: Advanced proficiency.

  • Proficiency in Chinese Language preferred
