HSE Supervisor

PT Perfect Companion Group was founded to expand upon the Charoen Pokphand Group's expertise in the pet food industry and to address the growing market demand driven by pet owners who are becoming more conscious of product quality.

We currently looking for potential candidate with preferably requirement as below:

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Indonesian environmental laws, regulations, and company HSE standards.

• Supervise environmental management activities, including waste management, hazardous (B3) waste handling, wastewater treatment, and air emission monitoring.

• Conduct routine environmental inspections, audits, and site observations to identify risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Prepare environmental reports and maintain documentation required by government authorities and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate environmental permit compliance, including AMDAL, UKL-UPL, and other applicable environmental requirements.

• Monitor Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP/WTP) performance and ensure environmental parameters meet regulatory standards.

• Investigate environmental incidents, identify root causes, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.

• Collaborate with government agencies during inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting.

• Support the HSE Manager in supervising the HSE team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promote environmental awareness and ensure environmental best practices are consistently implemented throughout operational areas.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), with a strong focus on Environmental Management.

• Solid understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations, including:

  • AMDAL

  • UKL-UPL

  • Hazardous (B3) Waste Management

  • Wastewater Management

  • Air Emission Monitoring

• Experience in environmental inspections, environmental monitoring, compliance audits, and regulatory reporting.

• Familiar with Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP/WTP) operations and environmental monitoring systems.

• Experience coordinating with government authorities related to environmental compliance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate environmental incidents.

• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
