Senior Staff Surveyor (Land)

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Geodetic Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum > 3 – 5 years of experience as a Surveyor, preferably in industrial estates, infrastructure, construction, mining, or land development projects.

• Proficient in operating survey instruments, including Drone (preferred), Total Station, GPS/GNSS RTK, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment.

• Experienced in using ArcGIS/QGIS, AutoCAD/ Civil 3D, or other survey and mapping software.

• Knowledge of coordinate systems, topographic mapping, boundary surveys, and construction staking.

• Familiar with processing survey data and preparing technical reports.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.

• Possession of survey-related professional certification will be an advantage.

• Placement in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct land, topographic, construction, and boundary surveys for company projects.

• Perform field measurements using survey equipment such as Drone (preferred), Total Station, GPS/GNSS RTK.

• Process, analyze, and interpret survey data to produce accurate maps, drawings, and technical reports.

• Prepare survey documentation, coordinate data, contour maps, and as-built drawings.

• Establish and verify survey control points and benchmarks.

• Ensure survey activities comply with technical standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations.

• Support project planning by providing precise survey information and technical recommendations.
