Senior Pricing, Procurement & Tender Executive (Sea, Air & Land)

IOL Logistics is an international freight forwarding company providing Sea Freight, Air Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Brokerage and Project Logistics services. We are looking for an experienced Senior Pricing, Procurement & Tender Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive quotations for overseas agents and local customers.

• Handle pricing for Sea Freight, Air Freight and Land Transportation.

• Manage local, regional and global RFQs, tenders and contract pricing.

• Negotiate rates and service agreements with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies and other logistics providers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, carriers and logistics partners.

• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to provide timely, accurate and competitive quotations.

• Monitor market trends and maintain an accurate pricing database.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Pricing, Procurement and Tender Management.

• S1 or D3 graduate in related field

• Thorough knowledge of Sea Freight, Air Freight and Land Transportation.

• Excellent knowledge of INCO Terms.

• Proven experience preparing quotations for overseas agents and handling local, regional and global RFQs and tenders.

• Well-established relationships with shipping lines, airlines and local/domestic trucking companies, with the ability to secure competitive rates and service solutions.

• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Able to work under pressure and consistently meet tight quotation and tender submission deadlines.

• Accurate, proactive, well organized and able to work independently as well as in a team.
