Job Description
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide suit styling and mix-and-match recommendations based on customers' needs.
Maintain the quality, cleanliness, and condition of suits and their accessories.
Organize and display suits and accessories neatly on racks and display shelves.
Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
Process customer transactions accurately using the cashier system.
Conduct regular inventory stock checks.
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Senior High School diploma (or equivalent).
Friendly, communicative, and customer service-oriented.
Passionate about fashion with a good sense of styling and outfit coordination.
Able to communicate in basic English, both spoken and written.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp, and digital point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Active university students are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage, but not required.
