Our client is a well-established management consulting firm specializing in strategic advisory, business transformation, and corporate performance improvement. They work with leading BUMN, government institutions, mining companies, renewable energy businesses, industrial corporations, and private enterprises on high-impact strategic initiatives.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a strong background in management consulting, ideally from top-tier consulting firms, who has successfully delivered strategy and transformation projects for large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements from project planning through execution and final delivery.

• Manage consulting teams of approximately 6 consultants while ensuring project quality and timely delivery.

• Develop business strategies, operating models, organizational transformation initiatives, and performance improvement recommendations.

• Lead client discussions, executive workshops, and steering committee presentations.

• Conduct business analysis, market research, financial analysis, and strategic assessments.

• Manage senior stakeholders across BUMN, government agencies, and private sector organizations.

• Mentor junior consultants and maintain consulting excellence.

• Support proposal development and contribute to business development initiatives.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have:

? Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Consulting Firms

? Hands-on experience leading business consulting projects involving:

• Corporate Strategy

• Business Transformation

• Organizational Transformation

• Operating Model Design

• Business Process Improvement

• Corporate Planning

• Performance Management

? Experience delivering consulting projects for one or more of the following sectors:

• BUMN

• Government Institutions

• Mining & Mineral Commodities

• Renewable Energy

• Energy & Utilities

• Industrial & Manufacturing

• Infrastructure

? Minimum 2 years of experience leading consulting teams of 6 consultants or more.

? Strong client-facing experience with executive stakeholders (Director, VP, C-Level).

? Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university.
