About the Role

Bonjour Bali is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Shopkeeper to join our opening team.

Based at our Ulu Cliff, Pecatu boutique, you’ll help create memorable shopping experiences for both local and international customers while supporting the daily operations of our very first retail store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and personalized shopping experience.

• Provide product recommendations and deliver excellent customer service.

• Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, payment policies, and exchange procedures.

• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.

• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.

• Support inventory organization and stock replenishment.

• Lead jewelry and swimwear design workshops for international customers.

• Create simple photo and short video content for the marketing team.

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in boutique, retail, hospitality, or customer service.

• Confident in communicating in English.

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented.

• Comfortable interacting with international customers.

• Creative and familiar with social media content creation.

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

• Willing to work at Ulu Cliff, Pecatu – Badung.
