Key Functions

• Manage and coordinate sustainability related data collection and analysis.

• Conduct structured reviews of External Sustainability Assessment results.

• Prepare assessment dashboard and calculation and gathering related evidence for External Sustainability Assessment in collaboration with other internal stakeholders.

• Execute the External Sustainability Assessment process both online and offline.

• Support sustainability reporting and publications development, stakeholders’ engagement forum and maintain sustainability website updated.

• Provide Technical or Scientific Support & Benchmarking for Projects related to: Sustainability, Conservation, Renewable energy, Environmental & Social risks.

Skill and Experience:

1. At least five years' experience of working on sustainability projects such as climate change, environmental protection, RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, FSC, PEFC and energy transition - including related data analysis.

2. Good understanding of Indonesian policies and international policies/regulations related to the environment and social issues.

3. Knowledge/Experience of UN GRI reporting, TCFD, World Bank IFS-PS and sustainability related certification and assessment of SPOTT and Sustainalytics will be an advantage.

4. Demonstrate networking skills to work effectively with a diverse group of colleagues, partners, stakeholders and/or consultants.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

6. Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and other standard applications (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Understanding of basic programming will also be an advantage.

7. Ability to work flexibly in remote/online environments with multi-departmental teams across the company.

8. Candidates with initiative, acute analytical skills and demonstrated commitment to completing projects on time with the necessary due diligence are preferred.

Education:

• At minimum a bachelor’s degree.

• Relevant expertise in the field of ecology, engineering, environmental management, climate change mitigation and adaptation, renewable energy, nature conservation or sustainable development would be an advantage.
