On behalf of our client, a premier, household-name retail enterprise headquartered in Singapore with a well-established international footprint and a heritage of quality and operational excellence, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join their team as they actively modernize their omni-channel capabilities and leverage sophisticated regional technology infrastructure to expand their Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, delivering modern business applications, workflow automation, and seamless digital experiences across the enterprise.

Role Summary

Design, build, and own client's Microsoft Power Platform estate, with the full-scale Group Vendor Portal on Microsoft Power Pages as the primary deliverable. The Vendor Portal serves client's trade and non-trade vendor base with end-to-end digital workflows covering onboarding, SKU/product requests, price change requests, promotion requests, invoice submission, purchase order viewing, GRN acknowledgement, payment advice, and brand sales performance. Beyond the Vendor Portal, this specialist develops and maintains additional business applications on the Power Platform, including an e-voucher and gift card tracking system and other internal workflow applications directed by the Head of IT. As client's hybrid AI architecture matures, this role will also consume and integrate AI capabilities delivered by client's Microsoft implementation partner, embedding Copilot Studio agents, AI Builder outputs, and D365 Copilot actions into the Vendor Portal and Power Apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the client’s Group Vendor Portal on Microsoft Power Pages: multi-tenant external portal architecture with Azure AD B2C identity management, supporting full vendor lifecycle workflows from onboarding through to payment advice and brand sales reporting.

• Build and maintain all Power Automate workflows: vendor approval routing, invoice-to-PO matching, PO synchronisation from D365, GRN notifications, price change and promotion approvals.

• Own the Dataverse data model underpinning all Power Platform applications: table design, security roles, row-level security by vendor organisation, and API configuration.

• Build and maintain the D365 F&SCM integration layer: bidirectional data flows for vendor master, purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and payment advice.

• Integrate AI Builder and Copilot Studio outputs into the Vendor Portal and Power Apps: when client’s Microsoft partner delivers AI-powered document processing or Copilot Studio agents embedded in the portal, the Power Platform Specialist configures how these outputs surface in the portal UI and trigger downstream Power Automate flows.

• Develop the e-voucher and gift card tracking system: internal issuance, redemption recording, and accounting reconciliation, designed for future expansion to customer-facing and Eagle Eye CRM loyalty integration.

• Build additional Power Apps for internal client’s workflows as directed by the Head of IT.

• Own portal security: Azure AD B2C user flows, MFA enforcement, and Dataverse row-level security.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Power Platform development; at least 3 years building production-grade external-facing portals (Power Pages or Power Apps Portals), live reference required at interview.

• Demonstrable ownership of a Dataverse schema in production: table design, security roles, and row-level security.

• Proven experience building complex multi-step Power Automate approval workflows integrating D365 and non-Microsoft connectors.

• English proficiency at B2 minimum (IELTS 6.0); mandatory assessment at interview.

• Demonstrated independence: able to translate business requirements into a portal architecture and Dataverse schema without step-by-step technical specification.
  

Technical Proficiency

• Microsoft Power Pages: portal pages, web templates, Liquid, entity forms/lists, portal web API.

• Microsoft Dataverse: table design, relationships, security roles, field-level security, Dataverse web API.

• Power Automate: cloud flows, approval actions, D365 connectors, HTTP connectors, error handling.

• Azure AD B2C: user flows, custom policies, MFA, custom branding.

• D365 F&SCM integration: Power Automate D365 connector, virtual tables, or OData API.

• Power Apps: canvas and model-driven apps.

• JavaScript/TypeScript for Power Pages client-side scripting.

• Azure AI integration awareness: familiarity with how Copilot Studio agent outputs and AI Builder results are consumed within Power Pages and Power Automate.

Nice to Have

• PL-200 or PL-400 certification.

• Power BI Embedded within portals.

• Eagle Eye CRM API for loyalty voucher integration.

• Microsoft Copilot Studio for portal AI assistant.

• Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.

• AI Builder form processing or invoice OCR configuration.
