FRONT DESK STAFF

Requirements : 

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• At least 6 month(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Fresh graduate are welcome

• Domicile in Bali, Indonesia

• Required Hard Skill(s) : Communication, Interpersonal, Speaking Ethics, Multitasking, Computer, Retail Marketing. 

• Required Soft Skill(s) : Honest, Service Oriented, High Initiative, Proactive, Positive Attitude, Client Oriented

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent

Job Descriptions :

• Greeting and welcome members and guests

• Monitoring access to members and non-members

• Answering any questions and handling member complaints

• Answering info calls over the phone and taking messages

• Selling memberships, writing out agreements, and entering new members into the database

• Operating the cashier and collecting any balances of past due accounts

• Making appointments

• Organizing and maintaining the front desk

• Assisting with housekeeping and restrocking beverages/merchandise
