Section Head Functional FICO / MM/ SD/ PP of SAP

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Section Head Functional FICO / MM / SD / PP of SAP to join PT Arisamandiri Pratama in a full-time capacity. Based in Kabupaten Demak, Jawa Tengah, this is a strategic leadership position within our Information Technology and Communication division. As Section Head, you will oversee the functional expertise and delivery of SAP solutions across Finance and Controlling (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP) modules.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of functional specialising in FICO, MM, SD, and PP SAP modules, providing strategic direction and performance management.

2. Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions across multiple functional modules for management.

3. Serve as the primary technical authority and advisor for complex SAP functional requirements, ensuring best practices and compliance with business objectives.

4. Develop and maintain comprehensive functional specifications, design documents, and configuration guidelines for FICO, MM, SD, and PP processes.

5. Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

6. Lead quality assurance activities and testing strategies to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.

7. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.

8. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for SAP implementation engagements

9. Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of SAP solutions.

10. Stay current with SAP innovations and industry best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in SAP functional, with substantial expertise across FICO, MM, SD, and PP modules

2. Proven experience in a leadership or senior role, demonstrating the ability to manage and mentor consulting teams effectively

3. Deep technical knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including configuration, customisation, and integration capabilities across multiple modules

4. Strong understanding of enterprise business processes in finance, materials management, sales, and production planning

5. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale SAP implementation projects from requirements definition through to go-live and post-implementation support

6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and client relationships

7. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex SAP concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

8. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and best practice advisory services

9. Knowledge of Indonesian business environment and regulatory compliance requirements is advantageous

10. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

11. SAP certification in FICO, MM, SD, or PP modules is highly desirable

12. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential
