Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team and support the planning, design, and delivery of villa and residential construction projects in Bali. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge in structural engineering, hands-on experience with construction and site coordination, and the ability to translate design requirements into practical, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver civil and structural engineering works for villa and residential projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design calculations for reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, and other structural systems.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, design reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review structural designs and technical deliverables for compliance with applicable codes, regulations, project requirements, and quality standards.
• Provide practical engineering solutions to technical and structural issues throughout the design and construction phases.
• Provide technical support on-site, including reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, and resolving construction-related engineering issues.
• Conduct site inspections and attend design coordination, construction progress, testing, and other project meetings as required.
• Coordinate structural works with architectural, MEP, geotechnical, and other project disciplines.
• Support cost estimation, value engineering, and constructability reviews to optimize project outcomes.
• Monitor assigned engineering deliverables to ensure they are completed within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation, drawings, calculations, and project records.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably with experience in villa, residential, hospitality, or similar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design, particularly reinforced concrete and structural steel systems.
• Good understanding of applicable building codes, engineering standards, and local regulations.
• Experience supporting construction activities, including site inspections, shop drawing reviews, material submittals, and resolving site engineering issues.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software is preferred.
