We're looking for a Creative Content Lead to shape our content direction and creative strategy. This role blends strong fashion sensibility with sharp cultural awareness, someone who understands trends, storytelling, and how to keep a brand feeling elevated and timeless.
Responsibilities
Lead Chocochips' content direction and creative strategy
Develop storyboards and concepts for campaigns, lookbooks and everyday content
Maintain a strong content mix: primarily evergreen, brand-building content (lookbooks, styling, campaigns, storytelling), complemented by timely trend-based content
Write compelling copy for campaigns and social platforms
Ensure all content reflects the brand's premium, feminine, and elegant identity
Guide and collaborate with the creative production team
What We're Looking For
Strong fashion instincts and awareness of current trends
Familiarity with TikTok and Pinterest as creative research tools
Comfortable using AI tools to support the creative process
Skilled in storyboarding and copywriting
Understanding of luxury and premium branding
Strong grasp of Gen Z audience and culture
A sharp eye for visuals and a steady stream of ideas
