Minimum High School / Vocational School graduate
Previous experience in Bakery / Pastry is preferred.
Basic knowledge of bakery and pastry preparation.
Passionate about baking and eager to learn and develop.
Responsible for operating pastry / baker department equipment including but not limited to ovens, mixers, and utensils
Able to maintain product quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
Familiar with food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
Team player, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Willing to be placed at our Central Kitchen.
Candidates residing in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) and surrounding areas are highly preferred.
