About the role

PT Blue Carbon Indonesia is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Boiler Technician / Project Manager to join our team and support Power Plant, EPC, Maintenance, and Boiler & Steam System projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise boiler installation, maintenance, repair, inspection, and commissioning activities.

• Manage project execution from planning, mobilization, installation, testing, commissioning, until project completion.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, technicians, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, equipment, quality, and costs.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to boiler and steam systems and provide effective solutions.

• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports, work schedules, and project documentation.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in boiler, power plant, EPC, mechanical installation, or maintenance projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of Boiler & Steam Systems, piping, valves, pumps, and related mechanical equipment.

• Experience in project management and field supervision is highly preferred.

• Able to read and understand engineering drawings, P&ID, technical specifications, and project documents.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.

• Power plant / industrial project experience is a strong advantage.
