About the role
Guru Bahasa Inggris (English Language Teacher) for Junior Secondary School. The role involves teaching English across intracurricular, extracurricular, and preparation programs for advanced education levels, serving students aged 12–15 years in grades 7, 8, and 9.
Key responsibilities
Teach 3 learning groups (grades 7, 8, and 9)
Intracurricular: 3 classes × 6 lessons × 40 minutes per lesson, including promoting English language practice (English Day)
Extracurricular: 2 lessons per week
High School Preparation Class: 2 lessons per week
Participate in teacher duty schedule (1 day) to support habitual activities such as Dhuha prayer, Dhuhur and Ashar congregational prayers, etc.
About you
Minimum S1 degree in English Language Education or related field
Proficient in both analog and digital learning technology
Teaching experience at junior or senior secondary level (preferred)
Ability to lead large class activities (preferred)
Creative, communicative, and able to inspire students
Open to collaborating with teaching team and school programs
Non-smoker and affiliated with NU
