Facility & Maintenance Data Entry and Translator

About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry and Translator to support the Facility & Maintenance departments of PCPartner Technology Indonesia company daily administrative and data management activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate maintenance records, updating data, preparing reports and managing related documents to support efficient Facility & Maintenance operations.

What you'll be doing:

1. Perform data entry and update Facility & Maintenance activity data in the company system or database

2. Regularly update data related to maintenance equipment, machinery, facilities and utilities

3. Prepare routine reports related to Facility & Maintenance activities

4. Manage and systematically archive Facility & Maintenance documents

5. Prepare data and information required for meetings, audits and departmental evaluations

What we're looking for:

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, management or a related field

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, clerk or a similar position

3. Good data entry and data processing skills

4. Detail-oriented and highly accurate

5. Good communication and coordination skills

6. Able to communicate in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing
