AI & Automation Engineer

About the role

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining AI-powered solutions and business process automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and support the company's digital transformation. The position will primarily use n8n as the company's workflow automation platform and integrate it with existing applications, databases, APIs, and AI/LLM services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows using n8n

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation

• Develop workflow logic, data transformation, validation, error handling, and notification mechanisms

• Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows in production

• Maintain and improve existing automation workflows

• Develop integration between internal systems and external applications using REST API, Webhook, HTTP Request, and JSON

• Integrate automation with company applications, databases, and third-party services

• Perform data transformation and validation between systems

• Implement Generative AI / LLM into business automation workflows

• Integrate AI services and APIs with n8n

About you

• Minimum S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in software development, system integration, automation, or related IT fields

• Hands-on experience using n8n is mandatory

• Must have experience developing at least one real-world automation workflow using n8n

• Experience developing AI-powered solutions such as chatbot, document processing, data classification, AI Agent

• Proficiency with SQL queries and relational databases

• Experience with JavaScript and/or Python

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to API, database, automation, and application integration

• Knowledge of IT security and access-control standards
