About the role
QC & QS position for a construction project in the Batang area. The role involves supervision and control of construction quality, performing in-process and final inspections, and acting as an advisor to the project leader and related staff on quality matters.
Key responsibilities
Supervision and control for quality of construction job
Perform in-process inspection related to quality
Perform final checking and inspection related to quality
Act as advisor for project leader and related staff in case of quality
Coordination and giving direction or advice to project staff, subcontractor, and mandor
Build good relation with subcontractor
Preparation of the budget material needs in a project
Searching for material and competitive supplier
Estimating the additional work to the client or sub contractor
Responsible for safety and health in the scope of works
About you
Minimum D3 or S1 in Civil Engineer
Accuracy of mandor opname
Accuracy in conducting stock opname of all use of material after completion of the project
