About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is an Japanese Trading Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Interpreter Production (Project).

Job Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.

• Identify business opportunities and expand the client portfolio through market outreach initiatives.

• Facilitate and oversee shipment coordination to ensure timely service delivery.

• Assess customer requirements and manage quotation requests throughout the inquiry process.

• Assist in handling customer feedback, claims, and supporting documentation.

• Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• High Conversational Japanese (min. N3) and English proficiency (able to communicate with foreign customers)

• Min. 5 years of experience as Sales & Marketing Japanese Speaker in Automotive or Electronics industry, experienced in communicating with Japanese customers

• Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills

• Able to join immediately
