Network Engineer

A Network engineer’s role is to plan, implement, and manage the day-to-day support and maintenance of network and core services. Cloud network engineer are also responsible for choosing the best cloud expertise and scaling cloud services to meet the increasing demands of businesses.

Job Descriptions:

- Analyze and troubleshoot network customer problems.

- Perform installation and configuration, maintenance.

- Make a technical report regarding the work that has been done.

- Consult with customer to discover growth strategies.

- Resolve Network issue and monitor network performance and utilization.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of working experience in System Integrator, Cloud Provider or IT Managed Service Company.

- Deep knowledge in network routing, switching, security, wireless, VPN and SD-WAN

- Hands on implementing product from CISCO, Ruckus, Huawei and Forti.

- Excellent analytics and troubleshooting skill.

- Familiarity with network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, proxies, and DHCP and solid understanding of protocols, devices, commands, topologies, methodologies, and best practices in networking.

- Ability to handle network vulnerabilities

- Working location: Jakarta
