About the role
To provide effective and engaging English language instruction to students, helping them improve their speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication skills.
Key responsibilities
Plan and prepare English lessons based on students' learning levels and needs.
Teach English through engaging, interactive, and student-centered methods.
Develop lesson materials, exercises, quizzes, and learning activities.
Help students improve their English communication and pronunciation.
Monitor and evaluate students' learning progress regularly.
Provide constructive feedback and additional guidance when needed.
Adapt teaching methods according to individual students' abilities and learning styles.
Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment.
Communicate students' progress and learning needs to parents or management when required.
Maintain attendance records, assessment results, and other necessary teaching documentation.
About you
Bachelor's degree in English Education, English Literature, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as an English teacher or tutor is an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to teach students with different English proficiency levels.
Patient, responsible, creative, and enthusiastic about teaching.
Able to create an enjoyable and motivating learning environment.
Familiar with online learning platforms and digital teaching tools is an advantage.
