RPA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer with strong Automation Architecture expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the UiPath platform, automation frameworks, solution architecture, governance, and best practices across Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.

This role combines hands-on development capabilities with strategic architecture responsibilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing automation solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end automation solution architecture using the UiPath platform.
• Define automation standards, frameworks, governance models, and development best practices.
• Assess business processes and identify automation opportunities with measurable benefits.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure RPA solutions for enterprise environments.
• Create technical architecture documents, solution design documents (SDD), and deployment strategies.
• Provide technical leadership during automation project lifecycle phases.

UiPath Development

• Develop, test, deploy, and support UiPath automation solutions.
• Build reusable automation components and frameworks to accelerate delivery.
• Design orchestrator workflows, queues, assets, and scheduling mechanisms.
• Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities.
• Optimize bot performance and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Maintain automation documentation and version control practices.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, project managers, and IT teams.
• Conduct solution workshops and provide technical recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Support effort estimation, project planning, and risk assessment.

Governance & Support

• Establish automation governance and operational support models.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Support production incidents and root cause analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Enterprise Platform.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale automation architectures.
• Strong experience managing multiple RPA projects from design through production deployment.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
