About the role
Karma Bite Ubud is seeking a Bartender to join our team. We are looking for candidates with passion in the Food & Beverage field, capable of making various types of drinks well, and able to provide the best experience to every customer.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve various drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to restaurant standards
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of drinks remain consistent
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the bar area
Ensure availability of materials and bar equipment
Conduct stock opname and help control material inventory
Provide friendly and professional service to customers
Collaborate with the entire restaurant operational team
About you
Have experience as a Bartender, especially in making cocktails and mocktails
Have knowledge of various types of drinks and basic bartending techniques
Have good communication skills
Neat appearance, friendly, honest, disciplined, and responsible
Able to work in a team as well as individually
Able to work in fast and dynamic situations
Willing to work with a shift system
Residing in Bali is an added value
